Common questions

Cancel or get a refund for a Membership. Memberships are bought through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. A Membership is a 30-day pass and does not renew by itself.

Delete your account. In the app, go to Settings and choose Delete account. Your profile, posts and messages are removed.

Report something. Use the report option on any post, comment, story or profile. You can also email us.
